As a Principal in Deloitte Consulting Workforce Transformation practice in Detroit and the leader of Deloitte’s Global Rewards practice, Jason Flynn has over 25 years of experience helping companies across a variety of industries design, deliver, communicate, and manage the financial and human resources aspects of total rewards and talent programs. However, his true passion lies in empowering people to become leaders.
Beginning his career as a pension actuary, Jason spent his Analyst through Senior Manager years working primarily with global clients, helping them manage the financial and HR aspects of their retirement programs. He worked across all industries, providing a mix of traditional pension actuarial consulting as well as specific applications during mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other business events. As a Senior Manager, he broadened his focus to all of total rewards and increasingly worked with clients on rewards strategy, operations, and tech enablement.
