A Community of Change: Empowering the African American Community
Wilkinson, who currently serves as a member of The Detroit Association of Black Organizations’s board of directors, has been an active supporter of the organization’s mission to empower African Americans through education, employment, and community engagement. As a successful business leader, Wilkinson has brought a wealth of expertise and knowledge to DABO, helping to guide the organization in its efforts to address some of the most pressing issues facing the African American community in Detroit.
The Detroit Association of Black Organizations (DABO) is a nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for African Americans in the Detroit area for over 40 years. One of the members of DABO’s board of directors is Stanford Wilkinson, a prominent community leader and business executive who has been involved in numerous initiatives aimed at promoting economic development and social justice.
